Define up to 12 different beam currents, or select up to 10 beam currents with multiple apertures of the same current. Choose from 20nA, 13nA, 10nA, 7nA, 5nA, 3nA, 1nA, 500pA, 300pA, 100pA, 50pA, 30pA, 10pA and 1pA.
